Whether you wish to erase your gameplay history, clear support communications, or remove any associated cloud records, we provide a direct, transparent path to complete your request without requiring you to reinstall the application.

1. Immediate Local Device Data Removal

Because Sort The Nuts : Sort Puzzle operates primarily as an offline-capable game, your level progress and audio preferences are stored directly on your physical device. You can immediately and irrevocably erase this data at any time without submitting a request:

• Clear App Data: Open Android Settings → Apps → Sort The Nuts : Sort Puzzle → Storage → Clear Data / Storage.
• Uninstall App: Removing the app from your device immediately purges all locally stored game files and preferences.

2. Submit a Data Deletion Request

If you have linked your game with platform services (such as Google Play Games) or contacted customer support and wish to have all developer-managed records purged, you can submit an official request directly to publisher Sapadiya Software.

3. What to Include in Your Request

To help us identify and safely delete your data, please provide the following details in your email:

• Gamer Tag or Display Name: Your visible in-game name or Google Play Games profile name.
• Contact Email: Send the request from the email address associated with your game account where possible.
• Clear Deletion Statement: A brief statement confirming: "Please permanently delete my Sort The Nuts : Sort Puzzle account and all associated player records."

4. What Happens After Submission

Once your deletion request is received:

1. Verification: We review the request and verify account ownership where applicable.
2. Data Purge: All player records, cloud saves, and associated support correspondence managed directly by publisher Sapadiya Software are permanently erased or irreversibly anonymized.
3. Third-Party Requests: If data was transmitted to authorized platform services, deletion requests are propagated where applicable under platform APIs.
4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process has been successfully completed.

Processing Timeframe: Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days upon successful identity verification.

5. Important Scope Clarifications & Google Play Games Data

Game-Associated Data vs. Google Play Games Profile: Players can request deletion of their game-associated data and cloud records managed by publisher Sapadiya Software through the email request process described on this page. However, your Google Play Games profile and Google-managed data are governed and operated separately by Google LLC.

Independent Data Management:

• Deleting Google Play Games data: Deleting your Google Play Games profile or Play Games data through Google does not automatically delete data collected or stored by the game developer/publisher.
• Deleting Game-Associated data: Requesting data deletion from publisher Sapadiya Software does not delete your overall Google account or independently managed Google Play Games profile data.

Statutory Retentions: In rare cases where records must be retained for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or statutory regulatory compliance, those specific records will be retained solely for the required legal duration and restricted from any further processing.
